About me 😊
I am a very passionate artist from Worcestershire.
After an enjoyable and creative time working as a hair stylist and makeup artist, I returned to my love of painting.I paint a variety of subjects: pets, wildlife, nature, and seascapes, exploring different hues, patterns, and light, mainly in oils or acrylics.
My process for choosing what to paint is simple — anything that makes me smile. It brings me so much joy when my paintings make someone feel happy, uplifted, or when they hold special meaning for them.At school, I was lucky enough to have a piece exhibited in the Mall Galleries, London. During lockdown, I painted over 200 pebbles and placed them around the village for children to find.I have been shortlisted for the Boomer Art Prize and longlisted twice for the VAA Award. My paintings have also won awards and been exhibited in galleries at Broadway, MOMA Wales, and the TALP Exhibition in Leicester. I was runner-up in the WWT competition, and have won Best in Show at both the 2024 CCAS and 2025 VofEAS exhibitions.
